Hemp leaf and quinoa salad recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups fresh hemp leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 pepper (color of your choice), diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation:
