CBD hemp oil dosage and use

Droplets of CBD oil are absorbed through the mucous membranes (mouth) or through eating and drinking. As a means of prevention is it sufficient if you take 3-5 drops a day for support one treatment 10-20 drops per day. Children proportionally depending on their weight. There are no known contraindications.
